    modern room
    small indoor pool

The room was spacious and modern, but the

indoor pool was disappointingly small and the water heater was out. Overall, the location is fantastic, just a short walk to restaurants. I appreciated the free coffee, which was surprisingly good for lobby brew.

This is my third stay, and I appreciate the great location just steps from parks like Plum Creek and within a short walk to numerous food options like Tree City Coffee & Pastry, making it easy to explore the area. the beds are super comfy, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep after a day of walking around.

    Convenient stay with friendly staff

I spent a night here during a recent trip, and I was impressed with the location close to the university and downtown Kent. The complimentary parking was a nice touch, and I appreciated the very clean room equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. However, the noise from adjoining rooms was more noticeable than expected, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

    friendly staff
    great location
    spacious room
    limited breakfast options
    dirty ice maker

I had a wonderful stay recently. The staff was friendly and attentive. I spent time exploring the local area and found many attractions within walking distance. After a long day, I reconnected with my favorite person at the bar, enjoying some shareable appetizers. There was an indoor fitness center, which I found convenient for keeping up with my routine. I also appreciated having a spacious room with a refrigerator and microwave, great for my needs.

One downside was the limited breakfast options. I found the ice maker on the fourth floor quite dirty and unpleasant.

    outstanding customer service
    spacious rooms
    great breakfast options
    parking fees
    slow check-in
    pool closure

I enjoyed the clean room with a beautiful view of the university entrance. The staff offered outstanding customer service throughout my stay. Every encounter felt personal and warm, making me feel welcomed immediately. I really appreciated the complimentary coffee in the lobby. it was strong and flavorful. The convenience of being within walking distance to shopping and dining options was significant. However, parking was a bit of a hassle since I had to pay for a parking voucher after my check-in. Check-in took longer than expected because there was only one person at the front desk. The lack of staff to assist during busy times impacted the experience. My room lacked a tub, which I was hoping for after a long day. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a good variety, yet I would have preferred it included in the room cost. The indoor pool looked nice but wasn’t usable during my stay, which was disappointing. Regardless, I would return again for the incredible service and great location.

We had a wonderful stay, enjoying the central location just a block from shops, restaurants, and the Kent Stage. Having a pool was fantastic for the kids, letting them unwind after our adventures around the campus.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities available at the hotel.

    fantastic location
    friendly staff
    noise issues
    cleanliness concerns

The location was fantastic, close to everything in downtown Kent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, noise traveled easily between rooms, which affected sleep, and the cleanliness of shared amenities could be improved. Still, overall it was a pleasant stay with good breakfast options.

Had a great time with friends at the hotel! We enjoyed checking out the nearby shops and catching a show at the nearby venue. The location is perfect for walking to attractions, and the rooms were comfortable with handy amenities like mini fridges. Definitely recommend this place for a fun getaway!

We found the breakfast options pretty basic, just some muffins and fruit. It would be nice to see a greater variety to make mornings more enjoyable.
